Ongoing recruiting capacity

Fractional recruiting for growing US companies.

Add an experienced fractional recruiter for ongoing US hiring. Get headhunting, screens, scorecards, pipeline meetings, and interview support without adding a full-time recruiter.

What you get

A recruiting function that can flex with the hiring plan.

Fractional recruiting is designed for a company that has more hiring work than one short search can solve, but does not need or cannot justify another full-time recruiter yet.

Arturo works directly with the hiring team to prioritize searches, build candidate pipelines, screen prospects, keep interviews moving, and make the weekly state of hiring easier to see.

  • Up to three active priority searches
  • Weekly hiring pipeline meeting
  • Direct sourcing, outreach, and recruiter screens
  • Candidate notes or scorecards and shared pipeline visibility
  • Interview coordination, feedback loops, and offer-stage support

Employer FAQ

What to know before we start.

What is a fractional recruiter?

A fractional recruiter provides ongoing recruiting capacity without joining the company as a full-time employee. The scope and active search load are agreed in advance.

How many roles can be active?

The Growth Hiring Partner service supports up to three active priority searches, subject to the agreed role complexity and recruiting capacity.

Is there a placement fee?

There is no percentage placement fee on the Growth Hiring Partner service.

Should we start with the monthly service?

Not always. If you have one priority opening, the $490 Hiring Sprint is usually the simpler first step. Broader support makes sense when the hiring plan requires ongoing capacity.
